This one is another of my favourites, though I have to say if were to make him again I wouldn't use a spring for the neck. The sushi I made at the start of 2010 when I first started playing with home made salt dough, they're coated in yacht varnish so they lasted quite nicely. The blades are just two dull scalpel blades, it was upon addition of these that I decided he should be a sushi chef.
